FAQ
Store questions
How fast is delivery?
Within a few seconds while the character is online. It needs one free inventory slot per item; if the bag is full, delivery waits until a slot is free.
My character is offline. Is the item lost?
No. The order stays pending and is delivered the next time the character logs in. You can follow it under My orders.
Can I get a refund?
Delivered items can't be refunded or exchanged. If a delivery fails, the Knight Cash goes back to your balance.
How does a name change work?
Pick the character and the new name. The character must be logged out of the game while the name changes; log in again afterwards to see it.
What is Clan Premium?
Clan Premium is a separate clan add-on, not a fourth Premium tier. The clan leader activates it, and needs an active Platinum. Then every clan member gets more EXP and a better drop rate, on top of their own Premium or with none, and the clan bank (8 pages) opens. The clan leader decides which members may use the bank.
How do I activate Premium? Can I give it to someone?
Premium and Clan Premium are delivered as an item to your bag. Right-click the item in your inventory (twice: the first click asks) to activate it on the account of the character who uses it. Until then it is an ordinary item: you can trade it to another player, sell it for coins or keep it in your warehouse. A Clan Premium item can only be activated by a clan leader with an active Platinum.
Is anything pay-to-win?
No. The store sells premium, scrolls and services only: no upgrade scrolls, gold bars or other items that buy power.
How do I get Knight Cash?
Knight Cash top-ups open later. Prices are shown in the in-game store only.
